Here at State Bank of Lizton we are working every day to stay ahead of debit card fraud. We utilize an automated fraud monitoring service that looks for specific transaction types, ie: high dollar amounts, out of state transactions, unusual online activity, etc. When fraud is suspected they will place a block on the card and attempt to contact the cardholder via the phone numbers you have provided us to verify if the transaction is fraud/legitimate. They will identify themselves as Risk Management when they call. If fraud is confirmed, you will be advised to contact SBL to proceed with the dispute process.
