Hazard and, if applicable, flood insurance is required and the responsibility of the borrower. This offer is available for new lines of credit only. Minimum credit line amount of $5,000 with a maximum amount of $350,000 and up to 80% of the value of your 1-4 family owner-occupied residential IN property. This loan is not available for the purchase of a primary residence. The introductory fixed rate will apply only during the first 6 billing cycles after your SBL HELOC is opened; beginning the 7th month, the APR will convert to the applicable variable APR plus a margin up to 1.00% depending on your credit score. The variable APR may change monthly based on the latest U.S. Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal as of the first business day of the month. The APR will never exceed 21%. As of 8/1/19, the U.S. Prime Rate is 5.25%. The minimum payment may not be sufficient to repay the outstanding balance and may result in a single balloon payment.
