The following check list will help you with your loan application and interview. The list details information you can bring when you come to our office for the interview to help speed up the application process. Of course, not all items apply in every case. Due to the unique nature of each transaction, there may be additional information requested.
- Current pay stub(s) for all applicants.
- Past two years W 2’s. Self employed applicants should bring personal and business tax returns for the past two years available.
- Cash or check for the appraisal fee and credit report.
- Last three months bank statements on your cash assets such as checking and savings accounts, CDs, vested interest in retirement funds and records of stocks and bonds owned.
- Signed purchase agreement indicating the agreed price of the property being purchased.
- Employment history for the last two full years including employer's name, address, zip code, and your gross monthly income.
- Information regarding other income you wish to have considered such as part-time income, rental income, child support, retirement income or alimony. Bring support documentation, such as lease agreements for rental income and court decrees, for verification.
- Social Security numbers of applicants.
- General value of other assets such as cars and personal property.
- Cash value and face value of life insurance policies in force.
- Information on all debts, including auto loans, student loans, real estate loans, revolving charge accounts, installment debts, or in general, anything that you owe.
When applying for a construction loan, bring a copy of the plans, specifications and cost estimates. State Bank of Lizton will require a signed copy of the contract between the borrower and the builder.
- Street address and zip code
- Complete legal description
- Present title holder's names
- Present mortgage holder, if possible
- Annual property tax amount
- Realtors listing sheet, if applicable
- Information as to how we can access the property for appraisal
