THE INFORMATON COVERED BY OUR POLICY
PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION means personally identifiable financial information that we obtain about you in connection with providing a consumer financial product or service to you in the normal course of business. Personal financial information DOES NOT include information that is available from public sources. Our policy will continue to cover your personal financial information if you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer.

- From your transactions with any of the Lizton Financial Corporation Companies;

- From your loan application, such as social security number, date of birth, assets or income;
- From a consumer reporting agency, such as credit history;
- From sources used to verify representations made by you, such as your open lines of credit or your account balances with other institutions.

PLEASE NOTE: Your request that we not share credit information with our affiliates does not include information we are permitted to share by law, such as information related solely to our experiences or transactions with you. Your account balance and payment history with us are examples of transaction and experience information that we are permitted to share with our affiliates.
INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH OTHERS
We may share any of the personal financial information that we collect, as listed above, about you to the following types of companies:
- Financial institutions which we may have joint marketing agreements;
- Non-financial companies that perform marketing and other services on our behalf, such as data processors.
For your protection, we require that these companies keep such personal information secure and confidential.
